Order Fulfillment
All products in our store are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is custom-produced just for you, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada: 4–8 business days
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue and get a replacement or refund sorted for you.
